About the Trek: It is an eight day trek that starts from driving towards Joshimath, a place 256 km far from Haridwar. Second day, you have to either drive or ride 44 km to Jumma. Jumma is the place where your actual trek begins. Walking continuously for 2-3 hours through steel suspension bridge over River Dhauliganga will take at Ruing village. The trek includes steep walk into the dense forest. Here, you can place your tent in the grass field of Ruing village to rest overnight. From here, you will reach Dronagiri village after passing through dense forest. This trek includes moderate climb and the magnificent view of wild flowers and colorful birds. The fourth day walk will take you towards the Base Camp. In between the trail you will have the glimpse of Bagini Nala and Rishi Peak.
